I recently suffered aching/cramp wrists after some long rides so a Physio pal of mine gave me these wrist/tendon exercises to follow using a soft rubber ring to hold for 10 seconds on each exercise.

Investigating the cause would also be useful - otherwise all you will ever be doing is treating the symptoms.

All were convinced that my current hand pain was caused by wrist tendonitis, it's not...squashed sensory nerve...no physio to be done
