Wrynose or bust

Hi is anyone planning on doing this?

I am trying to decide whether to take the "safe" 60 mile option or really going for it with the 112 mile Hillfest!

It starts and finishes in Lancaster, right next to j34 of the M6 so should be easy to get to for anyone travelling

I did the Fred Whitton once. I found it very tough and that looks like a similar. Go for it if you're fit enough - at least you don't have to do Hardknott!

The Rake should be good training for Wrynose.

I think the likes of Wrynose are a bit beyond me at the moment, but I'm getting there

Apparently its the easier side to climb it from so dont worry, however if your doing the 60 'bay dash' then I dont even think you negotiate it!

Changed my cassette yesterday, realised its got 23t instead of the 25t
