I have a frame on order with them, and I'm regretting it. Ordered 2 weeks ago, they did say it wasn't in stock but the manufacturer would be shipping to them last week. I didn't get a response to my email, so I phoned them on Monday. The guy I spoke to was not exactly helpful, blamed the weather, said the frames were available at the manufacturer but hadn't been delivered to them yet. I'll give it until tomorrow, if they can't give me a definite delivery date I'll be cancelling my order.
