Currently doing the C2C from Workington to Sunderland. Had a problem with Mrs T bike, the rear bearings had gone. Asked in one shop and was told gruffly that they could look at it tomorrow if I wanted, went into Keswick Bike Shop and was met with a cheery bring it in. Sorted some replacement wheels and was back on the road an hour within an hour.

Fantastic service.
