First part, yes (I'm also on YACF, as are a number of others). AFAIK there's no contact email address. However, happily, @rogerzilla (one of the three admins) is one of those over here as well, so I've tagged him on this. In the meantime, what's the issue (in case it's something you've missed/we can help with).

Hi,
Registration issues are usually due to one of three reasons:
1. You're on the Stop Forum Spam database. Hopefully not.
2. There's something else odd about your details, e.g. it looks like an off-topic commercial account (viagra@freemeds.com, that sort of thing) or the username is rude.
3. You're using a non-functional e-mail address or (rarely) the activation e-mail doesn't arrive.
If you PM me on here with a username and a valid e-mail address, I can do a manual registration,
