Phew - it's not just me that "doesn't get it" (i.e. find them funny). I keep expecting some sarcastic/witty final comment for each strip... but it never appears. Just not for me, I guess.

Maybe my humour level is much lower... Calvin & Hobbes is much more up my street.

I think it is not so much about having a funny cartoon with a punch line as about having some chracters that are in a position that people can relate or aspire to.
