Out on the bikes 1st thing this morning in the mist and very near freezing temperatures on a favourite road route of ours. I'd cycled it alone a couple of times this week in a clockwise direction and yesterday for a change I went in the other direction, about 4 miles in, I passed some old cottages on the roadside and and something on the road caught my eye but due to the traffic couldn't really confirm what I thought I had seen.

This morning, a lot less traffic and yep what I thought I had seen was strewn all over the road, the filthy dog owners who live in one of the cottages are throwing dog shite out of their property and all over the main road.

What the hell is all that about then? What makes it more sickening is the fact that the fella works as a carer in the community

Yeah call the council and point out that these people are fouling the highway, there is probably a bylaw regarding it. Round here it is either £500 or £1000 fine I can't remember which.
