The top one is zany enough that I might just get one if I had the chance. Perhaps - it screams ITALY!! ...or is that Bulgaria ...or Hungary or Mexico or .....

Actually, to be fair, I am thinking about having to replace some handlebar tape soon and I'm looking at making it a colour or colours that both complement those of my bike AND and the same time, stand out, but it a nice tasteful way, like.
