I think all cyclists should be insured as well.

...and wear protective anti-graze suits and crash helmets, and boots and elbow/ wrist and knee protectors... and have 360 degree video cameras and have 1000 lumen running lights, unless they are 4 wheeled velocipedes then it's alright.... providing the condoms are pulled tightly down to the shoulders.

Where do i stand if i pay tax for my car and insurance , and petrol, im a wagon driver also, im a member of bc so i have insurance,

Can i tell them all to fark off if they shout that at me ? Or does my five hundred a year on road tax for my car not count ?
