I think it's neat myself, cracking bit of design. I'm sitting in my chair in that position and it feels quite natural. I think you'd be able to hop off if it tipped forward.

just add in a high backrest and you've got an armchair, to get the full effect you'd need to add in a tv screen and tv dinner tray as well though
