I'm too lazy to stick to a routine, but it made me feel pretty good for the shorth of time that I did stick to it

The idea is that you do yoga to make yourself more supple for cycling. Ask Buffalo Bill, cycling used to hurt him until he started doing yoga. My arms, legs and lower back felt great every morning when I did about 20 yoga mins before and after work... normally they feel terrible.
