    ..erm...well...erm...I thought...erm...i thinking about it...a little...not even much...but ...I know...pop along and see what it's all about...just to see you understand...erm...:biggrin:

    Is it any good this yoga malarky? I have a developed a lower back ache which I thought I could Yoga away??????

    Mrs T is a Yoga teacher. It is good for long term strengthening of the back.

    It is not a short term cure for back pain.

    Be careful.

    However if you are lucky it is very good for looking at fit women in leotards.

  4. Pilates is the best sort of thing for back pain.
    As far as I am concerned its a miracle cure.
