Colleague from work has asked if I would be interested in doing the York Ride 100 with him.

Considering I can only just manage 30 miles at the moment, this looks like a challenge I won't be able to accept at this point in time.
I'm guessing that I could possibly make it and do the Classic 67miler with the right training before the 17th Aug.
Can anyone offer any training advise apart from get out on the bike and put the miles in?
