Is this about https://news.stv.tv/east-central/dr...jury-following-road-rage-incident-avoids-jail ? X seems to be blocked for CSAM again and the lawyers have broken XCancel.

Here's hoping he meets someone or something bigger than him and restores the status quo. Blokes an absolute tool.

Sadly bullies like him don't pick on big units. Over the years I've had a couple look like they were about to and then changed their minds when they realised they were outgunned.

The only thing he was sorry about is being caught.

“Faith Currie, Procurator Fiscal for Edinburgh, Lothian and Borders: “This was a violent, sustained and unprovoked assault on an innocent member of the public who suffered serious injuries.

“The actions of Joseph Hedley were horrific and shocking and could easily have had more devastating consequences.

“But he has now been brought fully to account for his crimes.”

Bollocks he has.

That throw down looked deliberately designed to cause as much skull impact with the ground as possible. There was no warning. Just a violent and murderous attack.

The sentence is depressing.

You're entitled to see inequity here, but those two trials are NOT related.

Different offences, different judge, different sentencing guidelines.

I am aware of that. But if all judges do is follow sentencing guidelines, we might as well have the Clerk of the Court tick boxes on a computer. Save a fortune.
