The police fabricate the cyclists statement and close the case without ever talking to him. Allow the motorist to get off lightly.
Drivers like this shouldn't be allowed to drive ever. Quite clearly showing that they can not pass safely, and then blame it on the cyclist in their statement. The police response is just shocking :/
