Was this sign attached to a long abandoned bike, or are the Style Police active at New Street?

This is at the newly opened New Street, so unless they moved the stands and any bikes that were attached then this would be the Style Police

What a spot on sign , we have become a nation of pussy foots , always worries about upsetting the great British public, I wish we had more signs like this.
I can think of two instantly

1. Footpaths are for walking on not parking on you clown , now go and park your car between the things called kerbs.
2. Stop looking ugly and scruffy in our town , smarten up and then you will be welcome back.
