A showmans steam engine for me and then fill the rest of the space with a fully equiped engineering workshop.
The worlds my oyster then and I could quite happily fill the rest of my days pottering around making and fiddeling with stuff, with a bit of cycling on the side.
 
The 3 pinball machines that were in the students union at QUB whenI was there in the early 80s.

Setting the controls for the heart of the sun.
Have a Triumph Stag already in there, so I'd be straight round to Axminster Tools and like some others on here, fill the space with tools like a milling machine, wood and metal lathes and water jet cutter.
