20 mile leisure ride passing through Tatton park, started to rain after 2 miles and I very nearly turned around.

It was wet and windy, ( the weather that is) but I had to go out, was feeling lethargic, couldn't be bothered mode but I did. It was a cracking wee 20 miler down to Bosham and back, sat at the harbour had a drink and bumped into that Johnny filming for that Home & Abroad programme, somebody with a big budget I presume. A nice average for me about 14.5 mph. Now to walk the dog with a clear head.

Just a short 6 mile round trip to get my hair cut. Weighed myself when i got back before a shower,and I weigh 14st dead. Have lost 1 stone 4 lbs since I embarked on cycling since June 2012.
Well pleased!!

They are great bit's of art in Tatton are'nt they ? The gardens have loads of other stuff including balloons and a Daihatsu Campervan.Wonder if the planned theme park will spoil the ride in the future ????

17 miles and lots of hills off road at Rivington this morning "before work"

first ride since july 1st ... what a month . had flu early on then g/f was sent to hospitial from work got her well so took her away last week a few days at warwick so sunday got the darlo castle ride to do so had a ride to try and loosen the legs (not looking forward to sunday)...

Forty three miles from Komerom to Domos is Hungary. Had to cross the Danube to find a wild camping site in Slovakia the night before. Woke at three. Bought breakfast at Tesco 24hr supermarket. Had a half hour power nap beside a branch railway. A passing freight train briefly disturbed the slumber before setting off again for Domos. Acquired a short term member of the team, Kiera, a German whom was cycling to Romania with only 30 Euros in her pocket. Bought her a beer and gave her 10 Euros to supplement her cash reserves. Envy her resolve and optimism.

its a nice quite run normally do it the other way but wanted to get the legs going so todays is more uphill also i can add to it (6miles) if i go into barny for a coffee you reqonise this

40 minutes on a gym pedalling machine in Tunisia. Extremely wet with sweat, and a nice cool shower to cool down with. There's no replicating a proper ride, but that was different.
