Youtube Pixelation Problems

Hi guys

I'm having some problems with Youtube. Whenever I upload a video, it's very pixelated at the start and end of the clip. I thought it was a problem with the video itself but it plays fine on my computer and it only happens once it's uploaded.

I've tried rendering the video in different formats but nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas?

Just watched the video, and to be honest I only noticed because you told us about it, to me its fine and I would not worry about it.

Looks like YouTube is adding some weird fade in/out effect. Check for something that could be doing that under the upload settings - it might be called something stupid like "Optimization" or "Lighting correction" or something.

It does that from time to time on my videos. Nothing to do with the camera, must be a YT problem. Not a biggie though.
