My sister stayed with a friend in Japan a few years back ,and she said there were vending machines there selling used knickers...I guess he gets much of the same kick as they might.

She said when sat on the trains, men would blatantly start playing pocket billiards whilst sat opposite her

I got the impression from her that she thought Japan was full of perverts.
