Zeebrugge to Zurich (Z2Z) in 2014

As no one has answered this question yet, the the Answer is as follows
Either head up the coast to Katwyck and then from there join the cyclepath that runs all the way to Switzerland.
or go to Brugge, Ghent, Antwerp, Eindhofen, where you join the Rhein cycleroute
Start by getting the bikeline Esterbauer books for the route here.

There may even be a version in English, whilst the text is good, it's the maps that you really need.
The entire route is about 1,000k, so could be done including the train/ferry/train return inside a 2 week holiday
