Zips & Adam's Apple

Hi All

Recommend me a range of clothing or a single item (Jerseys and/or Jackets) where the zip is kind to my Adam's apple.

I can't seem to ride with the zip fully up without gagging due to the zipper touching my Adam's Apple

Any tips for avoiding it with what jackets/jerseys I have would also be useful
