Hello all.
First time post…
I have a set of Zonda C17s, and a set of Hyperons. The idea is that the Zondas are for winter, and the Hyperons for summer.
Both wheels have Shimano freehubs, and matching Ultegra cassettes and brake rotors for an easy and straight swap.
However, when I swap, I have to do a significant re-index and adjustment to the limit screws. I’ve noticed the zonda cassette sits closer to the end of the axle than the Hyperon one by the width of about one cog. (Picture attached).
I thought perhaps a spacer was present on the Zondas, but have checked and there isn’t one.
Should I be able to do a straight swap easier than this? Is there something I’m missing?
Thanks in advance
Chris
