Looking at wheel upgrade and read lots of reviews about both of these wheels,Zonda are around £350 and Elites around £450 both weigh the same, has anyone tried both of these for a good compare review,or should I go for cheaper option, are the Elites worth the extra, any advice don't want to go more than my £500 limit ,just looking for a good set of wheels,

Campag = silly spoke pattern. Mavic = normal spoke pattern. Go for the Mavics.

I'm looking at upgrading next year. I have a Specialized S-Works Transition E5 with a full Campy Chorus groupset and Campy Khamsin wheels

I was told by my LBS to look at Campy Bullet wheels. Bora look to be good, but expensive, but maybe I can get a good used set for £600

I'm still undecided, at this stage and am trying to learn more .... I have found this site which has some interesting info as regards wheels which you may find interesting: (read both links)
http://www.wheelsmith.co.uk/aero-in-plain-english

http://www.wheelsmith.co.uk/faq

after reading those links, I will keep my cheaper Khamsin for commuting (my S-Works is my summer commuting bike), and use the new wheels for faster rides

I'd happily recommend the Elites. My CAAD10 is on its second set, the first having done 7000 miles in all weathers before the rims looked a little tired. No issues with either set.
Another bike has some handbuilt H Plus Son rims on Novatec hubs but to be honest I'm not sensitive enough to tell the difference.
