Anyone else's terrier get the zoomies at teatime?

I have a lurcher that does zoomies. Best to stay well out of the way, 26kg at 40mph will flatten you.

Toby is only 9Kg, but it's like being hit in the legs with a bowling ball if he hits you...

My dog loves zoomies in the sand. I think he must have been a racing greyhound in a past life. In this one he's a whippet lab mix.

My Siamese cat does zoomies round the house too, sometimes growling at the same time. She’s slightly bonkers.

We are trying to train this out of our lab at the moment, despite being very food focused we cannot stop her, she just seems to need her mad half hour every early evening.

Our working sheepdog has 2 speeds- very fast and asleep, she approaches life with what my daughter calls reckless abandon. Really fun stuff gets speed and noise!

Our ankle biter gets the zoomies whenever she gets wet. Or the moon is full. Or there is an East wind. Or for no reason.

My miniature poodle had the zoomies for a good 18months before growing out of it, having said that she still has the occasional zoomie. Most likely place is on a beach or very fresh mown grass if we haven't done either for 3-4 days.

Lemmy did zoomies when he was younger and put me in hospital. A 75lb lab at 30+ MPH into the front of my knee = months of physio.

Our late Labrador Jake used to go mental after a bath, zooming round the garden like a bat out of hell.
