If only I could have held on to your group I may have got a similar time, but that KOM was too fast for me. About 6km from the finish was it? I felt OK in that group until then. When your group dropped me I joined a few stragglers and a few who came storming from behind and we had a nice fast few km :okay:
I used a feather power up which helped me to stay with the group we mopped up a couple of stragglers then a sprint finish probably 4th out of the group but i was dead by the end, it always one of the koms that destroys a group in a race.
3 sisters next

Wow, you Andy and Lee would have had a great sprint finish had you ridden it together!

My ride last night I literally free wheeled across the line, it wasn't the best decision to do another fast stage after the Alp. I was going to do a short TT tonight, but it's cold and last week it left me with a chesty cough for several days. Gentle recovery tonight and an early stage 5 tomorrow either 2or4pm. I'm out for a curry tomorrow evening, so can't do 6pm.

just got back from the pub for my thurs shandy - not nice hopping about with cramp amongst strangers !!
pleased with only losing a bit on that course , tried to keep with a group but i wasnt strong enough so i was on my own for a bit
maybe if we had all rode together the time would have been quicker but i think the result would have been the same . Andy would certainly have out sprinted me . me and Dean would have been a good one !
Andy on the flat is a power monster out of the 3 of us i would of been last.

I saw your feather. I was hoping for one too, but alas no such luck  Really enjoyed that race, just didn't quite have enough stamina in the end.

ive rode with both of you irl ! i know the score  got one thing in my armoury but as soon as it levels out a bit i am spitting out the splashes from your back wheels

Lee I was watching your ride live on screen whilst I pottered around. You have some Climbing prowess. Every time the gradient went 5% or more for more than a few hundred yards, you showed a clean pair of heels to your pack. You missed a few chances to ride with a pack so wasted energy being on your own. You made a hard effort to catch the group on the last big climb and even with Truck boost just couldn't quite get back on. It's a great course and levels out various riders with mid length climbs and flat sections

I've not ridden in the canaries but have in Majorca. Flights, hotel (all inclusive), transfers, bike hire come in at about £500 for 5 days in March. I've got loads of routes, the roads are smooth, there are mountains, flat, a mix. Great cafes, loads of cyclists, the drivers are mostly great. Long sweeping descents
