Zwift tractor pull workout

Hi all
First post in here, I tried the GCN tractor pull work out and looked at it first and the shot burst for 30 seconds @ 550 watts was fine when I did the workout I got to this section it also said to do this at 50rpm which I just couldn't match it up I could either do the 50rpm but only pushing out 250 odd watts or do the 550 watts but at 80 odd rpm what am I doing wrong? Am I supposed to be out of the saddle or should it feel like my kneed are going to pop?

What turbo trainer are you using? Smart or dumb trainer? Virtual power or power meter? Sounds like you need to either increase the resistance or change gear so you can produce 550 watts at 50 rpm.
