When I was very young about three or four my mother used to make sausage patties, delicious, probably what put me on the sausage road all those years ago.

Marks and Spencers do a 'Meaty Premium Sausage' which is very good and I will second the vote for the Sainsburys taste the difference sausage.

Oven works well as does a medium grill for 20 minutes.

Some damn good info here and I'll have a look for those M&S sausages.I may even put them the oven as advised and feed em to the kids

Last month had abonfire in the Garden and cooked a few Richmonds over the naked flame,Tasty for a sub average banger.

Going to have a bonfire again soon with a better marque banger.

Going invite a few friends and request they bring the bangers for our nocturnal BBQ.

I'll supply the seat and the heat as long as they bring along the meat.Get it?

Off to bed now very long day
