Cheap fat bike - mistake?

I was looking at a potential bike for winter riding, I'd been looking at cheap mountain bikes then I saw this felt Cruncher fat bike. I got overtaken by someone on a fat bike recently he was really going for it. But would a cheap fat bike be something to avoid?

My other question was sizing - I'm riding a 61cm road bike so assumed a 24inch would fit if their equivalent.

Here is the spec - any thoughts much appreciated.

Ride it and see. If you can blag a test ride when it snows then better still.

That's a kids bike. The 24" bit refers to the wheel size, not the frame size. The other clues are in the component list, like 'Felt kids stem' and Felt kids handlebars', etc.
