I wonder if the victim thought to contact any of the operators of the buses he and the BMX daffodil passed on that route; they often have multiple CCTV cameras inside and out. It'll be a bit late now if he hasn't already done that.

He mentions that he's shoulder-checking as the BMX rider tries to go up on his left which is apparently why he didn't see him. As the camera is not on his head/helmet I guess we'll have to take his word for it, but if so I can't understand why anyone is blaming him for the incident.
