Of course you haven't ~ it's a well known fact that hedgehogs only ever fly at night. If you go out into the fields after dark and listen carefully you can hear them going over, squeaking quietly, you may occasionally get hit by a small hog-stool too.

As it says on the tin. Meteorological autumn is but a few days away and the weather already has an autumnal feel to it. I predict a cold, hard, icy and snowy winter, so here is the traditional thread to discuss the weather between now and the time hedgehogs stop hibernating.
