not sure I've seen it 100% confirmed but news has been of him doing Tour of Britain instead.
Even knowing that I somehow still chose him in my Vuelta team

Ha! I didn't pick him anyway because he was too expensive. Surprised to see Contador on the start list as well - is he confirmed? (Haven't picked him for my fantasy team either though.)
