Are you experienced? If so, the March ride needs you to look after the 50 or so riders who have been signed up by Martlets Hospice.

This will be a little different. There will be about 110 riders. Some of the Martlets riders will need escorting to the start, and some of them might not be all that quick. Think Apollo Full Suss. I'm taking as many as I can through Dr. Bike sessions, and, if one or more turns up with something indescribably awful then there will be a minibus and van trundling along behind us. The Martlets will do the catering at the Scout Hut. There'll be a photographer at Ditchling Beacon, so you'll want to stop at the Greenhouses to freshen up your makeup.

Fundraising is at your discretion - I know that the first two on the list are raising money - one for a local hospital, and one for the Martlets.

For now I can only register experienced FNRttCers - 50 new riders is probably going to be enough - so, sorry if you wanted to do this for the first time. There's always April

she did. We have a key conundrum. We have to pick the keys up before 9.30. which might mean an extra trip up from Hove. I may get back to you on that.

    There will be tall bikes!

I draw the line at singing and dancing. I've already agreed to shave my legs and apply fake tan.

Please add me Dellzeqq. I'll come and help with wayfinding, TECing, words of encouragement going up the hills and whatever else I can do to be of use.

Hi Simon, I'd be happy to come on this ride, and do any waymarking, TECing, and encouraging as necessary.

With this many riders, and even with a sag wagon to help deal with mechanicals, I suspect there's a chance of multiple punctures, so my deft puncture-repairing-ness could be called upon!

This year I intend to carry at least three inner tubes, plus puncture repair kit and tyre boots, having exhausted my supply of inner tubes on November's ride! (On other people's bikes, not my own).

(Famous last words. I had to repair three punctures on one journey on my own bike last week. I've now put two new tyres on!)
  3. I bought 30 bottles of CO2 last week.

Dashed soda syphons are gobbling the stuff up dear boy! xx(
No, seriously, I'll send them back and get oxygen.

Count me in as well - I can do punctures and repairs and I promise not to sing or dance as well.
