well. we recce'd the stretch from Gatwick to Brighton, and it's sweet. Sweet, but very, very slow - I think that the 36 miles to the Cabin will take three hours and forty minutes and the 25 miles from the Cabin might well take three hours. The southern portion is full of little ups and down, making it a ride that reward those who strip every last surplus ounce from their bikes, and change gears in good time.

Nope. In fact complete opposite. You all made me so welcome i just had to return. A bit worried about the hills. Will try my best but may have to walk the odd one.

Looking forward to this, I've got another IOW ride on Sunday as a nice little warm up for this one
