FNRttC Fridays Mini tour: London to Paris, July 23-25

The more I think about it, the more I'm favouring riding to Le Havre on Sunday. The 2013 Eurostar gets into London at 2139, so I probably won't be home till midnight (trying to get home and then to work on Monday would be a mad rush & I'd rather not use leave). 1715 ferry gets me home at ten, for £35 vs £63 plus fare from Waterloo, plus another £30 if I want a full-size bike....

I am wondering what to do after Paris. Lonica will be in Bavaria so I might head east.....

Le Petit Chalet booked in Saint-Saëns. I can share with AN Other if need be. I'll cancel the other two bookings, as I'll be going for the ferry home.

I may join you for the night ride down to Newhaven. It's the weekend between DunRun and FNRttC Bognor so might as well go for the full set.

Yes, well I might be tempted to do Paris as a stepping stone to beyond instead. Say the Loire for a few days. Anyone interested?

current contingent of bike spaces on the 10am ferry from Newhaven to Dieppe on July 23 seems to be sold out already. DFDS should be able to unlock more spaces manually, but this requires calling them on +44 800 917 1201
