how do you feel if you skip a days commute?

Tends to make my legs ache skipping it, plus I look a bit of burke suppose I could add a rope much easier cycling it.

I try to alternate, by running one day, riding the next

That said, I might run 3 days in a row, if I feel good
I think I drove to work, one day last month, despite paying £20.00+/month for a staff parking barrier pass

Haven't commuted for over a month.
Just too busy right now. Was planning to bike commute today but realised I had to be somewhere else where I can't commit on the bike. Same with the rest of the week.bummer.
