Okay, here's the route... I'm afraid I can't totally avoid hills on the way out, but at least that means you'll be able to freewheel the last bit back!

We'll meet at the Giles Statue outside Costa Coffee in Ipswich Town Centre at 7am. We'll pick up 4F at Martlesham Red Lion on our way through.

Feel free to bring along any friends who you think might fancy going for a pootle. We'll take it easy and try and find a speed that is comfortable for everyone, I guess some of us will make an occasional sprint for known Strava segments but on the whole this ride is about sticking together.

It might help us avoid the worst of the rain on the way home. If nobody else pips in and says they fancy joining us we'll bring the start time forward to 6am.
