I sometimes feel pretty down when i have a day off the bike, especially when im going good.
But you have to do it. Last week i didnt do much, and so far this week ive done a TT and and 31mile hard ride today.
Im doing less then what i was last year, but im much fitter and doing better.
Im guessing that by the summer, i will be doing much less then what i was doing last year, but doing much better.
They also mean that my bike should be better looked after.
Its quality not quantity, how i trained before i watsed my miles and forced myself to go out.
So if you dont feel like it, dont go!!!!
