Fantastic price !

On a side note i see that halfords are now showing geometry tables , should make it easier to buy .
I went for the 53, partly as it's the only one they had!
I'm a bit over what they say, ie up to 5'9 but I prefer a little small than too big

I've always liked the look of that bike compared to all those grim black and lime green CXers, and although I don't need it, essentially it comes in at under £400

It's a Belated birthday gift to me with my dear dad's cheque but I dare not tell him I've got another bike!!

Can't spell, Can't Punctuate....Sue Me
Ordered one of these online thinking that there is no way the branch offering it as available would actually have one...they just called to ask me when I could collect it! It's ex display but in good condition

Online price, £540...less 10% BC membership...£16 Quidco and £100 free accessories! And as London BC member I'll get a free Bronze service

I don't need it but would be rude to refuse at that price

Better move the large empty box from a prior purchase out of the shed as the Asgard is full!
But the brakes are shocking and the crankarms are 175mm which is huge

Nice a 51 is a 54 TT on most baordmans which suits me but a smidge smaller than you if i remember rightly , swmbo is even coming round to the idea of a new bike via C2W next year , fingers crossed as although i will pay full rrp with my companies final payment of £30 to keep or send it back i make a good saving even on basic tax rate .

Pains me to say as I love my Spesh stuff. However I don't like them find them to rigid to comfortably pull the bottle in and out whilst on the move. And they seem to discolour terribly in White. I always use these

These would look lovely on your frame

I've got 34" inside leg, I expect it'll be fine with 175s, every other bike has 172.5s I think if not longer

I don't ride in wet or muck if avoidable so I'm sure the brakes will be ok. I've got tektro hydrous on the Whyte which are fine too, everyone says those are rubbish as well

There's always a naysayer

Good call on the bottle cages. I've got a little Evans credit I think too

So do i go for a 13 carbon or boardman carbon ,
13 is 400g lighter even with aero wheels which i would swap for my 1500g superstar wheels but has old tiagra shifters or boardman which is heavier but new tiagra shifters .

Great bike and a fantastic price Vickster.
Including the value of the bronze service and all the discounts and freebies, what do you think the actual cost is?
