England : Suffolk Short notice pace ride this Sunday (28/04/13

I've just been given mission control clearance for an early morning ride this Sunday morning (28/04/13).

I'll be leaving at about 6am and need to be home by 10am, and hope to have an average speed of at least 18mph.
