This race is held in November every year and we ride a 94.7km (ish) route that circles Jo'burg.
Sponsored by 94.7 Highveld Radio & Momentum Healthcare, it attracts around 30 000 riders from all over the place.

Weather is usually very hot!
I've ridden it once on an MTB and 5 times on a road bike.

We do gets lots of ride time for most of the year due to the good weather, so that helps.
Also Jo'burg is 5000ft above a level - so every ride is altitude training!
