There speaks a true northerner! I remember long drops in the back yard in Accy and Burnley as a lad. Good old tippler toilets!

Victorian toilet bowls were shaped different to modern ones.
The S-bend was sharper and more pronounced. With the glazing, some of the stuff used in the glaze mix can't be used today.
