He does... But due to the policy of my force when it comes to social media, which Cycle Chat classifies as, I can't say! They have to get permission from PR to do so. There are some odd rules - for example I'm allowed to say on social media "I'm a police officer" but could be disciplined if I specify which force I work for.

Whereas if we were having this conversation on a pub I'd be fine to give all that info out. Not my rules... So I'm afraid I'll just have to call him dog!

Are you allowed to say what part of the country you live in?

I worked as a dog handler when I was a park ranger many moons ago. Even with a protective sleeve on when you're training a dog you don't half feel it's teeth sinking in.

A great way to earn a living though, you spend more time with the dog than with your wife and the bond you build is incredibly strong. Stronger than I had with my wife as we got divorced.
