Haven’t seen one of these for a long time, & its predecessor, the Cinquecento, for even longer (l think the last l saw was a ‘Sporting’ at a car-show?)

Remember driving one or the other on loan from the garage down the A1 and somewhat disturbing on the A64 to M1 splitting off section with the HGVs to either side of me that I had clear view under so low was the car.

Think that's bad!
A guy at work, he's left now, had a Lotus Elise
That would probably have driven under the artic, if it didn't side-bars!

Plus, it was almost a 'hands & knees' job getting out of it!

Monday 8th

I’ve just driven from home, passing the Glasshoughton ASDA (near ‘Xscape’, at jct32/M62) & followed all the way to FerryBridge, a Vauxhall Nova!
I lost it, as l turned into The Square (village centre/ex ‘Great North Road’)
It was a ‘J registration’, in a maroon, no badges - so a basic model (not a ‘L’, ‘GL’, etc)
Looked to be in excellent condition, no visible rot (from behind anyway)
