Be aware as above (I have old 105) and from memory there's 3 different Tiagra 10 speed and only one is compatible with old 105. And as above correct cage length.
Wasn't an extortionate amount when I had mine replaced

If it's old 105 then any older Shimano rd will work (so long as the cage length is tight) A tiagra or deore are best vfm imho.

Yes: "any older Shimano rd will work" just not the Tiagra RD-4700 or 11sp RDs.

He says medium which would be a GS in older ranges?
