10" Tablet

Galaxy tab. I love mine, but I also fancy the nexus 10. It looks really good.

Thanks, but she's not going to be able to go from a PC monitor to a 7" screen , it's got to be at least 10".



I noticed the Galaxy in Tesco's at £279 (I think). It'll be fine for her, browsing, the odd email an Skype is all she'll ever do.

It is a bit crappy compared to the others, that's true. I use an iPad myself.

The Nexus 10 does seem to be the hound's cojones, and if they're bringing out a new one there's bound to be a point where they knock a few quid off the old to clear stock. I'd wait for that then pounce, unless you're in a big hurry.

Seriously, why discount the iPad before you've had a go with one? I love mine.

Because a fraudulent account was opened in my name and used at ITunes. When I raised the issue with them, they wanted me to close the account that I'd never opened and refused to close it themselves even when pressured by my cc company. They then used information that could only have been taken from an email between me and Itunes security........to open another account in my name with Apple inc It gets worse but it's a long story.............wouldn't touch one of their products with a bargepole.

We'll be buying the Samsung tomorrow, thanks everybody.

Galaxy Tab 3 7" is £129 on asda direct at mo. Think I'm about to buy one. I have an apple ipad but I've gone off it since its recent update. Love the Samsung products, the galaxy s3 is great.

There is both an ipad and a galaxy tab in our household.

The Galaxy Tab is better.

I have therefore solved the conundrum of which is better, Apple or Android.
