Hahaha... no, I'm pretty sure it isn't! My scrap man keeps his in his front garden, in a pile He hasn't got room for that many bikes!

Good find, lets hope some bikes get to whom they belong and nice to see the offender won't profit from those 100 bikes.

Chop his hands off in my book. Not only as its cycles but all thieves should have a default punishment of having their hands chopped off if/when caught.
