I think that's the 2003 list, Uncle M. He seems to have dropped off the 2011 list (and literally dropped off in between).

Hendrix is the Bradman of guitar playing - way, way, way ahead of all the rest.

Can't agree with that; mind you, it is very difficult to compare Hendrix with Django; different eras & genres. Both seminal figures though and highly influential on those who followed.
