11-30 cassette on SRAM Red 22 derailleur OK?

I'm thinking of getting a new cassette with a larger low gear to help me get up hills. Would a cassette with the lowest gear of 30 teeth be OK with a SRAM Red 22 derailleur, on a road bike this is? Might just go for 28 but be good to know if 30 is OK. Thanks.

I’m guessing a 30t will work as it is fine with Shimano short cage mechs.

30 should be fine on pretty well any modern road bike .

32 would be pushing it on a short cage mech, 34 definitely no. But 30 should be fine.

The question on here (link) addresses that question. OP can see what the gap is between guide pulley wheel and largest (28t) sprocket, and measure the radius of the sprocket (67mm ish ish). The 30t sprocket will be 7% greater radius.
