Nope, not 11 years ago, but four years ago, the bomb attack in Oslo (where my step-son was severely injured) and the following atrocity with the shooting/killing of 69 people (mostly youngsters) on an island outside Oslo.

I was grooming a large German Shepherd called Molly who's appointment was 12.30 until 3. That covers lunchtime, pretty much. Molly was rather lovely if I remember rightly.
